As a singular element, the flower is definitely what draws the eye in this CAS design and I am sure the glimmer of the iridescent paper adds a very nice dimension when you see this in person. I like how the shape of the flower echos the embossed pattern and that you chose a border punch with some intricate detail to add some interest to the design.
